Prepn. of soap comprising at least 2 blocks of different soaps comprises; (a) forming, from a first soap paste, a block (1) of definite shape with at least one means of joining and a first junction surface (4), (b) forming, from a second soap paste, a second block (2) of definite shape, with a means of joining complementary to that of the first means, and a junction surface (6) parallel to the surface (4), (c) contacting the two surfaces (4,6) and fixing the two blocks together by means of the joining means, and (d) opt. repeating the stages, to give a soap with more than two blocks of different soaps.
