PURPOSE: To realize good low speed and high speed rotation of a motor even when first and second switching transistors are integrated. CONSTITUTION: Schottky diodes 21, 22, 23 are connected forward between the bases of first switching transistors 7, 8, 9 and the earth. Consequently, the diode between the base and emitter of first switching transistor 7, 8, 9 can be prevented from being conducted even if a motor is rotated at high speed thus ensuring a good high speed rotation of the motor. |
