PURPOSE: To surely select a back image in the same category in order and to minimize that the same image is displayed repeatedly on a screen by providing an arithmetic unit outputting a coincidence signal when a pointer position coincides with a register position and setting a pointer to an initial position of a number. CONSTITUTION: A pointer selector 33 selects the present positional information of the pointer 31 relevant to a code of a category code A to send in to a comparison circuit 36. A register selector 34 selects storage information of a number of video register 32 relevant to the code of the category code A to send it to the comparison circuit 36. The comparison circuit 36 outputs the coincidence signal when the positional information of the pointer 31 coincides with the storage information of the video register 32 (e.g. when they are (8) also). The coincidence signal is sent to the pointer 31 of the category code A by a code decoder 38, and the instructed position of the pointer 31 is returned to an initial (1). In such a manner, by selecting a image name instructed by the pointer 31, the back images are displayed at uniform frequency. |
