PURPOSE: To obtain powder body having desired saturation magnetization and resistance wherein magnetite and non-magnetism phase are included by mixing a substance with single bond or double bond of carbon atoms with powder wherein hematite, hematite + magnetite or magnetite is mixed with Ca compound and performing burning or oxide treatment for it. CONSTITUTION: A liquid matter or powdered matter with -C-C- or -C=C- in molecule is mixed by 0.1 to 4.0wt.% with mixture powder formed by mixing Ca compound with hematite, hematite + magnetite or magnetite by 1.43 to 64.0wt.% in Ca. Heat treatment is performed for the mixture at a temperature in a range of 1200 to 1500 deg.C in the case of hematite, and in a range of 550 to 1500 deg.C in the case of hematite + magnetite or magnetite in inert gas. Then, an oxidizing substance is brought into contact with the burned powder body for oxidation. |
