PURPOSE: To provide an electronic parts supply device which supplies chip parts to be mounted on circuit boards, etc., and from which the remaining number of chip parts in a housing section can be easily confirmed and an electronic parts mounting device using the electronic parts supply device. CONSTITUTION: An electronic parts supply device 18 is constituted in such a way that, when the remaining number of chip parts 1 in a chute 15 with a housing box 2a inserted into the chute 1 reaches a prescribed number, the remaining number is detected by the reflected light of the light from a reflection sensor 17 by a reflector plate 16 and an alarm means and display means inform the device 18 of the necessity of replenishment of electronic parts. Therefore, the necessity of replenishment of electronic parts can be confirmed easily.
