PURPOSE: To make it possible to inspect all wiring patterns of a PWB edge with a configuration for mounting a stopper to a tool. CONSTITUTION: A stopper 3 is mounted to tools 5 and 6 to stabilize a PWM stop position and inspect all inspection points. When an arrival detection sensor 7 detects the arrival of a PWB 1, it sends a signal to a numeric control device 10, stops a conveyor 2 and cause the stopper 3 to wait at a position where it does not interfere with a PWB carrier process, and stops the PWB 1 at a specific position of an inspection part. The device 10 sends a signal to an air cylinder 9, clamps the PWM 1 by the tools 5 and 6, and performs electrical inspection. After the inspection is completed, the clamping of the PWB 1 is released by controlling the device 10. After confirming the standby of the jigs 5 and 6, the conveyor 2 is re-driven by controlling the device 10 and the PWB 1 is delivered from a specific inspection position. The device 10 protrudes the stopper 3 again to the PWB carrier process interference position for next inspection according to a delivery completion signal from a delivery detection sensor 8. |
