PURPOSE: To easily eliminate defects such as sag and burr caused by shearing work when a laminated green sheet is joined and baked. CONSTITUTION: Substrate parts 30 in which window parts 31 are formed by a shearing work are closely brought into contact with the upper surface and the lower surface of a piezoelectric active part 21, and a laminated green sheet is obtained by isotropic pressing. The whole part of the laminated green sheet is dipped in the paste capable of shintering, or the paste is spread on the whole part, thereby forming a uniform paste coat on the whole surface. In particular, defects of a junction part are filled with the paste. The green sheets of the substrate 30 and the piezoelectric active part 21 are turned into ceramic by a baking process. The paste 42 coating the surface is sintered and hardened, so that a smooth surface whose burr is buried is formed. Through an electrode forming process and a cutting process, a piezoelectric element free from imperfect conduction can be obtained. |
