The wall shall find application in civil works and in the reconstruction of cold storage chambers. It offers the facility of disassembly of any panel and the formation of angular, T-shaped and X-shaped connections based on the dry jointing. The wall is made of panels (1), in the face layer of which a notch (3) having step-like cross section is fitted, enveloped by a gas-impermeable layer (6) which at every connection is wound around a stressed elastic band (10) anchored to the notch (3) by means of the strain. The gas-impermeable layer (6) is included in the panel (1) at a specified distance from the face layer (2) in order to be protected from mechanical injury. Tripple recovering of this layer is also made at angular and planar connections.
