PURPOSE: To provide a mounted substrate inspecting device with which the inspecting efficiency of parts mounted on a substrate can be improved by displaying the videos and inspection data of the parts on the same screen. CONSTITUTION: A recognizing device 12 is constituted of a stage 14, an observation table 15, a Y-sliding shaft 16, and a supporting arm 17 and the arm 17 holds a CCD camera 19 as an image pickup device through an X-sliding shaft 18. A processor 13 is constituted of a personal computer 20, a CRT monitor 21, a keyboard 22, a mouse 23, a printer 24, a video cable 25, a RS232C cable 26, etc. Since the video and inspection data of parts mounted on a substrate can be displayed on the same display means, the inspector of the parts can inspect the parts by comparing the video and inspection data with each other on the display means. Therefore, the inspection time can be shortened and the inspection efficiency can be improved. |
