The anti-skidding sheet gets attached to the surface of the bathroom floor to prevent the skidding though skidding materials such as soapy water are stained on the floor. The anti-skidding sheet comprises: an aggregate(1) made by crushing a whetstone used as abrasives of a grinder; a bonding agent(2) made of poly urethane resin liquid; a meshed fabric(5) with one side covered with the aggregate(1) and the bonding agent(2). The weight ratio of the aggregate(1) and the agent(2) is 1.5-2.0 : 1, and the grain size of the aggregate(1) is 24-320 mesh.
