<p>PURPOSE: To provide an electric connection box by which an electric component such as a connector or the like used in the wiring operation of a car is connected and to provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: An electric connection box comprises a wiring board 4 in which a compression bonded terminal 6 is force-fitted and fixed, and a wiring board 3 in which a wire is arranged and drawn. In the electric connection box, the wiring board 4 on one side is provided with a support part 2 in which a wire insertion and passage part holding a wire is formed, the wiring board 3 on the other side is provided with a window part 1 into and through which the compression bonded terminal and the support part are inserted and passed, and the wire is compression-bonded to the compression bonded terminal 6 inside the window part, on the other side, which has been turned over. In addition, the manufacturing method of the electric connection box uses the wiring board 4, on one side, in which the support part 2 comprising the wire insertion and passage part has been formed near a terminal force-fitting hole and the wiring board 3, on the other side, which comprises the window part 1 for confirmation of the compression bonded state of the wire which is inserted into, and passed through, the wire insertion and passage part. The manufacturing method is composed of a first process in which the wiring board 4 one side is turned over so as to be overlapped with the wiring board 3 on the other side and in which the wire is held in the wire insertion and passage part and of a second process in which the wire is compression-bonded to the compression bonded terminal 11 at the inside of the window part 1.</p> |
