<p>PURPOSE: To provide a novel laser sensitive type nonvolatile microcapsule toner which improves the contrast of printing or plotting, allows coloration and is dealable with pattern formation by laser beams and its production. CONSTITUTION: The microcapsules are composed of >=2 kinds compsns. 1, 2 varying in colors or are formed by adding acryl monomers or methacryl monomers or a compsn. composed at arbitrary mixing ratios of these acryl monomers or methacryl monomers and styrene monomers as a component 3 to generate gas by irradiation with lasers, etc., to either of the cell parts of the microcapsules consisting of the compsns. or the boundaries of the cell parts and core parts. As a result, the contrast of patterns are improved and further, the coloration is made possible. In addition, the fixation of the microcapsules to blanks to be formed with patterns by using paint or adhesives is possible. Easy non-volatile printing or plotting by irradiation with the laser beams is thus possible.</p> |
