PURPOSE: To obtain a pattern making no errors in the detection of a focus, on the projected pattern film of a focus detector. CONSTITUTION: Auxiliary light is projected on an object by a projection optical system using the projected pattern film 709A having the pattern where plural opaque parts 101, 103, 105,... and transparent parts 102, 104, 106,... are cyclically arrayed and a pair of luminous fluxes from the object after passing through a photographic lens is led onto a photoelectric converter by a focus detecting optical system, to form the images of a pair of subjects, so that the focusing state of the photographic lens is detected with the image deviation value of a pair of the subjects. |
