PURPOSE: To provide the method and system for succeeding data of exchange with which the reliability of a data base can be kept without necessity to prepare a transformation program depending on data base structure. CONSTITUTION: New and old data base schemers 8 and 4 are extracted by a new/old data base schemer extracting part 12 of a data base schemer variation preparing means 11 and based on the compared result of a new/old data base schemer comparing part 13, variation schemer information is prepared by a data base schemer variation preparing part 14. The respective data in an old data base 3 are transformed by an old/new data base transforming part 17 of a data base data transforming means 15 based on the variation schemer information and stored through a new data base preparing part 18 into a new data base 7.
