THICK FILM FINE PATTERN MOTOR

PURPOSE: To obtain a high torque constant as output and high output by installing a magnet rotatively parallel to a position opposite to a specified thick film fine pattern coil. CONSTITUTION: A 150 to 320μm-high thick film fine pattern coil 11 wherein cross sectional contour of a conductor 12 is almost rectangular and repetition minimum pitch with an adjacent conductor 12 is 100 to 200μm is obtained. A magnet 15 is installed rotatively parallel to a position opposite to the coil for obtaining a thick film fine pattern motor. Furthermore, as an insulation layer between the conductors 2 of the thick film fine pattern coil 11, a liquid-like photosensitive resin curable matter consisting of prepolymer or oligomer having ethylene unsaturated bond concentration of 10<-2> to 2×10<-4> mol/g and molar weight of 500 to 50000 and ethylene unsaturated compound monomer is used.
