PURPOSE: To prevent convenience of use from being worsened by detecting that intention of the operator is not satisfied because of contention of operation by two parties and informing it so as to allow the operator to take a proper position. CONSTITUTION: When a local operation key 105 is operated to change a direction of its own camera 101, the command is given to its own side universal head controller 110a. When an opposite party operates a remote key 104 simultaneously, the operation is given to its own controller 110a via a code multiplexer 107 and its own decoder 109 and the controller 110a are in contention because the commands of its own and opposite party are simultaneously received. Then each LED display device 111 of its own and the opposite party is lighted to inform the contention. Thus, a cause of its own universal head 102 operated differently from the command is understood and proper processing is taken. Thus, both of own and opposite parties recognize the occurrence of contention, proper actions are taken and then deterioration in the convenience of use is prevented. |
