PURPOSE: To simplify the construction of a database for management of the facilities and also to simply the manual jobs. CONSTITUTION: The real-time data are acquired from the monitor information from each equipment and facility (S1), the main component analyses are carried out at an optional time interval to acquire the total stress characteristic from the real-time data during the operations of the equipments and facilities (S2). The integrated value calculated by multiplying the main component analysis results by the time interval is acquired together with the mean value calculated by dividing the integrated value by the total operation time of the equipments and facilities (S3). The stress state of equipment is obtained from the statistic analyses of those integrated value and mean value and the facility management index that is previously set at equipment and facility, and the necessity is recognized for the maintenance activities and the switching of operations of equipments and facilities based on their stress states (S4). In such a constitution, the management of facilities can be excuted. |
