PURPOSE: To transmit and receive chargeable information without scrambling and to easily receive chargeable information by a simple function on the terminal side. CONSTITUTION: With respect to the information service where a receiver can receive information of charge, an information presenter separates information A into a fixed information part A1 and a variable information part A2 and transmits only the variable information part A1 from a broadcasting station 2 by giving a certain rule to arrangement. Layout information B including the rule of arrangement corresponding to variable information is added to fixed information A2 and this information is stored in a recording medium 3, and this recording medium 3 is sold to the receiver. The receiver loads the storage medium 3, where the fixed information part and layout information are stored, to a reception equipment 4 and receives broadcasting of the variable information part. Fixed information and variable information are synthesized in accordance with the layout information to restore the original information, and this information is displayed on a display screen 5 of the reception equipment 4. |
