<p>PURPOSE: To smoothly drive a rotary member and a fixed member of a connecting apparatus and miniaturize the apparatus by synchronously driving and rotating rotary rings which surround a rotary member in which one end of a flat cable is fixed and a fixed member on which the other end of the cable are coiled. CONSTITUTION: In a case 6, a rotary member 1 and a fixed member 3 are electrically connected to each other by a flat cable 4 set in the circumference of the members through the belt 5. One end of the flat cable 4 is joined with and fixed in the rotary member 1 while the flat cable is coiled on the member a prescribed number of turns. As for the other end, after the cable is coiled prescribed number of turns on a rotary ring 2 installed at a distance from the outer circumference of the fixed member 3 and a middle part is joined with and fixed in the rotary ring 2, the other end is led from an opening part 7 to a space part and coiled with play of a prescribed number of turns on the fixed member 3 and then joined with and fixed in the fixed member 3. Further, the rotary ring is driven by rotating the rotary member 1 through a rotary driving means (not illustrated). In that case, the moving length by rotation of the outer circumference parts, on which the flat cable 4 is wound, of respective rotary member 1 and the rotary ring 2 is made practically the same.</p> |
