The artillery shell is used in the armed forces as ammunition for self-propelled and towed howitzers. It has reduced dynamic disbalance in the canal of the block and in the period of the aftereffect of the gunpowder gases. Its utilization reduces the wear of the canal of the block and of the nutation oscillations, restricting the shell dispersion in distance and in the direction of firing and the hitting range of the fire is increased. The artillery shell is in the form of a compact body (1) made of a front part (11) of parabolic shape, gradually being converted into a cylindrical part (12) on which a guiding belt (2) and part over the belt (13) having the form of a reverse truncated cone having a cup-like cylindrical blind hole (6) are mounted. At least three profile canal rings (3) are machined along the external conical surface of part (13), perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of symmetry.
