PURPOSE: To obtain an optical integrated element for which resins, such as PMMA, as a transparent optical member are used and in which the generation of wave front aberrations by a change in environmental temp. is suppressed. CONSTITUTION: A second reflection part 22 is composed of an ellipsoid of revolution. One optical path of the optical path in which light emerging from the first focus 23 of the ellipsoid of revolution is reflected by a second reflection part 22, is in succession reflected by the first reflection part 13 and arrives at the mirror image point 25 by the first reflection part 13 of the second focus 24 is formed as an optical axis 26. This optical axis 26 is provided thereon with a light emission point of a semiconductor laser 19 and the focusing point of a diffraction grating type condenser lens 15. The radius of the minor axis of the second reflection part 22 is in a range of 14 to 16mm. As the result, the wave front aberrations by the environmental temp. change (25±40 deg.C) are drastically decreased and the use of the resins having a large coefft. of thermal expansion as the transparent optical member of the optical integrated element is made possible. |
