PURPOSE: To simply specify a change in event stored later and a change occurrence time when data of sequential events are compressed and stores and to save the capacity of a storage section. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with an event change detection section 2 detecting an event change representing a change of each event received sequentially on time base with respect to a reference event, a time stamp generating section 5 generating a time stamp TS specifying an input time of each event received sequentially, a storage section 4 storing the time stamp TS, and a write control section 3 receiving an event change detection of the event change detection section 2 and writing the time stamp TS in the storage section 4 when the event change is detected. |
