PURPOSE: To provide the method and device for special set mode start in an electronic apparatus which require no private special device and cannot be easily used by a user. CONSTITUTION: In this set mode start method for the electronic apparatus, a voltage different by keys is generated by depression of a remote control key connected to the electronic apparatus main body, and the processing corresponding to the voltage level is executed. When a control means 10 which has an electric element generating a prescribed potential difference is connected instead of the remote control key 2, the set mode of which the use of the user is limited is started. |
