<p>PURPOSE: To provide a production method of a color filter by which a protective layer (OC layer) having enough performances such as flatness, hardness, chemical resistance, transparency, adhesion property with a substrate and forming property for a transparent conductive layer can be formed. CONSTITUTION: This photopolymerizable compsn. contains (1) a photopolymn. initiator or photopolymn. initiator system, (2) addition-polymerizable monomers having ethylene-type unsatd. double bonds, and (3) a resin obtd. by allowing primary amines expressed by formula III to react with a resin having 500-30000 number average mol.wt. and repeating units expressed by formulae I and II and then further allowing a compd. having isocyanate groups and ethylenic unsatd. double bonds in one molecule to react. A protective layer is formed by using the obtd. photopolymerizable compsn. to obtain a color filter. In formulae I, II, Ar<1> is a phenyl group, x, y are molar ratios of the repeating units in the resin satisfying x=0.85 to 0.50 and y=0.15 to 0.50. In formula III, R is an alkyl group of 1-12 carbon number, aralkyl group of 7-16 carbon number or aryl group of 6-18 carbon number.</p> |
