<p>PURPOSE: To improve operability by adding a function such as a mouse, etc., to a touch panel input device. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel part 31 is provided by being overlapped on a display part 2 and detects the coordinate on the display part 2 of a depressed part. The index of a mouse emulation part 32 moves toward an arbitrary direction in the depressed state and inputs a moving locus. A moving amount calculation means 5 calculates moving amount based on the moving locus of the index. A moving direction calculation means 6 calculates the moving direction based on the moving locus of the index.
