<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a trimmer capacitor which is high in mass productivity and reliability, excellent in characteristic stability even if it is repeatedly adjusted, small in size, and large in capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A trimmer capacitor is equipped with a metal rotor provided with a nearly semicircular rotor electrode 2 and a dielectric unit 4 which is possessed of a stator electrode confronting the metal rotor, wherein the dielectric unit 4 is composed of a stator electrode film 7 and an idle electrode film 8 provided to the one side of an alumina board 6 and a dielectric film 9 formed thereon.</p> |
