<p>PURPOSE: To provide a buoyancy type magnetic bearing detecting element in which the dispersion of liquid quantity to be filled is suppressed and which satisfies a predetermined oblique correction angle. CONSTITUTION: Marking lines 9a, 9b which indicate predetermined ranges are respectively provided at the upper and lower sides of the center line 10 of an annular bobbin 1, and the quantity of liquid filled is so regulated as to dispose the centerline 10a of an annular magnetic core case 6 at the position between the lines 9a and 9b.</p> |
