<p>PURPOSE: To easily prevent an illegal card or the like by providing a base material sealing a lot of dielectric members and a recording layer, detecting a dielectric using a means to detect it corresponding to the change of an oscillation frequency and stopping processing by judging a card as the illegal card when no dielectric is detected. CONSTITUTION: When a card 1 is inserted and the button of a charge input part 60 is depressed, a CPU 61 performs the dielectric check of the card. When a dielectric member 2 is sealed in the base paper, concerning this check, a capacitor composed of the member 2 and a roller 3 for capacity detection is parallelly added to capacity C of an LC circuit corresponding to the change detecting system of the oscillation frequency, the oscillation frequency of an oscillator 4 is lowered, the voltage value of an F/V converting circuit 5 is changed and it is judged that the dielectric member 2 is sealed in the base paper. When the dielectric member 2 is not sealed in the base paper, neither the oscillation frequency of the oscillator 4 nor the voltage value of the F/V converter 5 is changed so that a CPU 61 can judge that card as the illegal card. Then, following processing is stopped.</p> |
