AIR CONDITIONER WITH SOUND MUFFLING COVER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner having a sound muffling cover in which noise generated in the air conditioner is prevented from leaking out of the air conditioner through an air suction port. CONSTITUTION: In a ceiling hanging type or built-in type air conditioner 1 in which air is directly sucked from surrounding atmosphere without connecting a suction duct to an air suction port, the air suction port 5 is covered by a sound muffling cover 10 comprised of a shielding plate 6 and a sound muffling material 7 arranged at an inner surface of the shielding plate 6 providing an air flowing passage 8 in order to prevent noise generated in the air conditioner from leaking out of the air conditioner.
