The waterproof sheet is produced by producing a cohesive rubber prepared by adding calcium carbonate as a filler, petroleum and cumarone resin as a gluing agent to natural rubber, synthetic rubber(IR rubber, EPT rubber, BR rubber, SBR rubber, CR rubber, Urethan rubber, NBR rubber, SBS rubber, SIS rubber), or reclaimed rubber adding carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate as a water-expanding agent, factis and bentonite to the cohesive rubber; dispersing the resultine solution uniformly by rollers having different rotational rates, and rolling the untouched rubber with a sheet as a base material at a given thickness.
