PURPOSE: To prevent rotational characteristics such as rotational accuracy from being degraded by reducing abrasion due to slidings of bearing surfaces generated when starting or stopping a revolving motion. CONSTITUTION: Fluid lubricant material is interposed among respective bearing surfaces 3a, 2a, 4a performing relative motions, and a helical groove 3b is provided on the bearing surface 3a. In this bearing mechanism of a dynamic pressure fluid system, a projection surface part 3c constituting the groove 3b is formed with solid lubricant material. |
