PURPOSE: To blow air while adsorbing, oxidizing or decomposing polarizing substances or organic material such as moisture or odor in the air by a method wherein a sheet-like member is fixed to each of the vanes at either an inner circumferential surface or an outer circumferential surface of a vane wheel while closing each of the inter-vanes. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical sheet-like member 6 having a permeation characteristic is installed at an inner circumferential side (or an outer circumferential side) of each of wanes 2a constituting a Sirocco fan 2. The sheet-like member 6 is made of either one of or combination of metallic fiber such as active fiber, glass fiber, non-organic fiber and has a function to oxidize or decompose moisture adsorption agent such as silicagel or the like, polar substances such as copper, nickel or the like or organic substances. In order to regenerate the sheet-like member 6, a heater 9 is arranged inside a vane wheel. Air passing through the sheet-like member 6 rotated together with the vane wheel and discharged out of a easing 3 is adsorbed in its moisture and polar substances as well as organic substances are adsorbed in response to each of the functions applied to the sheet-like member 6, the air is oxidized and decomposed, its deodoring processing is carried out. |
