PURPOSE: To detect the correct envelope waveform of an input waveform. CONSTITUTION: The useless components of the input waveform taken out from a pickup 1 loaded on a guitar according to vibration at every string are eliminated by band-pass filters 2-1 to 2-6, and the pulse of the peak position of the input waveform is detected by pulse detector 3-1 to 3-6 to be supplied to a CPU 6. Further, the envelope of the input waveform is detected by an envelope detector to be inputted to the input terminals AD1-AD6 of the CPU 6. Then, the envelope inputted to the input terminals AD1-AD6 is converted into a digital signal at timing of an AD trigger signal outputted from an OR circuit 5 to be made an envelope waveform. |
