<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts by using a band brake in common with a structure of applying a light load on a supply side reel base when drawing out a tape. CONSTITUTION: The device is composed of the band brake 4 equipped with an compliant tongue piece 6a, for braking a reel base 3 in response to an operation mode, a tape tension detecting lever 7 equipped with a bent tongue piece 7b, connected with the band brake and energized in the direction of coming into contact with the tape, a control lever 9 equipped with a projection 9a to be engaged with the elastic tongue piece and the bent tongue piece respectively and a control end periphery 9b and an operation mode changeover means 11 for operating the control lever in response to the operation mode. By a changeover operation of the operation mode changeover means, the projection and the compliant tongue piece 6a and also the control end periphery and the bent tongue piece 7b are selectively engaged with or separated from each other, so as to execute a tape loading mode, a tape fast forwarding and rewinding mode and a constant speed tape feeding mode respectively.</p> |
