<p>PURPOSE: To firmly fix the end of a very thin reinforced string impregnated with semihardened resin by winding densely the string on the outside surfaces of permanent magnets, and by fixing the permanent magnets on a rotor while forming a thin resin film on their outside surfaces through the hardening of the semihardened resin after heating. CONSTITUTION: To fastening member 5 provided on the outside surface of an end plate 4, one end of a glass fiber string 10 impregnated with semihardened resin is fastened, and it is wound densely engaging it with grooves of the end plate 4 around the outer peripheral surfaces of permanent magnets, and further, its other end is wound fixedly around the fastening member 5. The whole of a rotor main body converted with the glass fiber string 10 is inserted into a drying furnace to be heated during a predetermined time at a predetermined temperature. Thereby, a thin resin film is formed on the surfaces of the permanent magnets by semihardened resin being hardened after its fusion, and the glass fiber string 10 and the whole of the rotor main body are covered therewith, and hence, the permanent magnets can be supported on the rotor main body firmly. By this method, the fixation of the end of the very thin reinforced string is made possible simply.</p> |
