<p>PURPOSE: To provide a facsimile adaptor improved to utilize effectively received image information having been already stored on the occurrence of a fault. CONSTITUTION: On the occurrence of a fault, a host interface control section 12 executes an initializing sequence for a prescribed fault recovery, and a reception page storage decision section 16 decides whether or not image information of a complete reception page whose storage is finished at the end of pages is in existence in received data stored by a data storage section 15, and when a reception page storage decision section 16 decides the presence of image information of a complete reception page, the image information is transferred to a host device in the fault recovery initializing sequence.</p> |
