The loudspeaker unit is used in the sound recording and reproducing engineering. It has improved dynamic parameters and reduced power compression. The loudspeaker unit consists of a box (1) on the face part of which at least one loudspeaker (2) is mounted, and on its rear wall there is a passive membrane (3) with a hole (4). The ratio between the linear dimensions of the hole (4) and of the passive membrane (3) ranges from 1/6.7 to 1/4, and that between the linear dimensions of the passive membrane (3) and the loudspeaker membrane (2) ranges from 1.25 to 1.6.
