The panel is designed for building of walls of cold storages subjected to vibrations. It has reliable connection absorbing vibrations, and high quality sealing with a facility for the tracks of electrical installations. The panel includes sides (9) to which triangular elastic laths (10) are connected forming trapeze-like groove (1) the walls (2) of which are at 45° and along one of the diagonals of the panel are engaged by springing walls (3) belonging to the springing profile (4) having trapeze-like base (5). Base (5) and walls (3) are divided by peaks (6), and the electrical installations (7) are fitted inside the space of base (5). An elastic body (11) is pasted to the bottom (8) of the groove (1) of every side (9).
