The calking device includes a corriage(11) having a die holder(20) at the bottom and installed on a horizontal spindle(10). A calking die(40) splited into several parts are inserted into the die holder(20) and supported by a spring(44) along with a pin(43) in order to make the forming hole(41) adjustable in size. A turning plated(60) having a plurality of revet holes(61) is mounted on a pedestal(2) and turned in a fixed angle by a stroke of the carriage(11).
