The outer casing (1) of the hose has hollow cavities filled with a pressure medium as reinforcement, with the pressure of the medium higher than the external pressure. The outer casing consists of one or more spirally coiled pressure hoses (2) whose coils are joined together. The outer casing may be made of parallel, circular sectioned pressure hoses. The hose wall is made of permeable porous material (4) enclosed by an inner (1) and outer (3) casing joined together.
