The container comprises a cylindrical cartridge (20) for the dental preparation has an outlet end with flanges (28,29) for a curved dispensing nozzle (21) which ensures that the inner diameter into the nozzle has a smooth transition, either with a constant diameter or with a progressive change. The nozzle can be rotatably attached via a snap fitting or cab be moulded into the end of the container.
