The stresses, strains, etc., generated by a temp. change, etc., between the glass substrate 2 and the resin substrate 10 or between these substrates and the respective constituting layers, such as protective coat 8, or further between the constituting layers and the constituting layers are absorbed or relieved by the adhesive agent 9 layer and the peeling is completely prevented even in the case of preserving the optical disk under severe thermal conditions.
