<p>The proposed device comprises a set (2) of punches (3) mounted on the actuating unit (4) of the press, and two pairs of coupled carriages (5 and 6). The carriages are kinematically linked to one another in such a way as to allow opposing synchronised movement. The carriages slide along guide tracks in parallel planes perpendicular to the working direction of the punches (3). The top carriages (5) are provided with receiving sockets for mounting the dies (7), while the bottom carriages (6) are provided with receiving sockets for mounting receptacles (8). The carriages are provided with a mechanism for fixing them in their working positions. The device has a drive for moving the carriages. Each punch (3) includes a lever/push rod mounted at its periphery and capable of radial movement, as well as safety sleeves mounted on the punches (3) in such a way that they can slide along the axes of the punches and are kinematically connected to the punch bodies.</p> |
