Conveyor for clothes on clothes hangers

The clothes conveyor comprises a transport suspension (5) continuously circulating on a support profile (1) and driven by a puller. The suspension has hook grippers and at least one loading and one ejection station to which are allocated transfer members. The transport suspension has a transport hook (3), attachable to a carriage (2), travelling on the support profile. The hook retainer(9) is insertable into the clothes hanger eyelet (12) only by the horizontal motion of the transport hook, thus enabling the clothes hanger (11) to be transported.
