Energy recovery system for decomposing organic materials as in composting

In biological systems, esp. composting or cold domestic refuse decomposition, energy is recovered by a system which includes heat exchangers, connected to consumers either directly via a transformer station or, where distances are great, via a heater battery, which may be a self-propelling vehicle or a replaceable container or a trailer. The heat battery contains a circulation pump, a heat pump and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger, comprising Cu pipes, can be re-used after completion of decomposition.
