The receptacle has a safety cab(2) at the upper side. Safety pins(8,10,18,23) are placed in between the safety(2) cab and the terminal(15) so as to lock them together unless a plug pushes the safety pins(8,10,18,23). The terminal(15) and the plug are connected when the plug release the safety pin, and the safety cover is rotated toward the terminal(15) and holes in the safety cab(2) and the terminal are aligned. A spring(20) placed in between the safety cab(2) and the terminal board makes the safety cab(2) cover the terminal when the plug is removed.
