The method involves enabling a user (1) in a group to use an automatic personal assistant (2) for executing several assignments ordered by the user by telephone. Specific types of ordered assignments are carried out by agents (3) in the system. After the assignment execution, the agents revert to the personal assistant, with information corresponding to the assignments. The personal assistant transmits and presents the information to the user and/or to other users within or outside the group. The assistant is used as a user interface between the different users within a group. If a user in a group wishes to reach all users within the group, a common access number is used for the group. If a user wishes to reach a specific user in the group, an individual access number is used for that user. The assistant takes the form of a computer unit arranged locally in a telecommunications network, or is an access service in a computer-controlled AXE station. |
