The system has at least one induction loop (14) mounted on a metal part (4) of the feed, fixed with holders (8,16) and connected to at least one signal source. Positional changes of the container feed activate the signal generator. The induction loop can be mounted on the skin of the patient, close to the entry point of the vessel feed and above the proximal section of the feed which runs under the skin. The holders can be adhesive strips, pref. sticking plasters.
