The process involves reacting (a) organic polyisocyanates and/or modified organic polyisocyanates with (b) high mol. cpd(s). contg. at least 2 reactive H atoms and opt. (c) low mol. chain extender and/or cross-linking agent in the presence of (d) blowing agent and (e) catalyst and opt. (f) additives. The catalyst (I) comprises a mixt. of 35-65 pts. wt. di-n-octyl-Sn bis(2-ethylhexylthioglycolate) (IA) and 65-35 pts. wt. mono-n-octyl-Sn tris(2-ethylhexylthioglycolate) (IB). Also claimed are methods of producing integral and semi-rigid polyurethane foam using (I).
