The circuit has an instable resonator (1) with at least 2 end mirrors (2, 7) in the resonator beam path and an annular output mirror (5) between the end mirrors, exhibiting a variable reflection characteristic in the radial direction. The normal to the surface of the output mirror lies at an angle to the optical axis of the resonator, the output mirror forming a feedback path (9) with one of the end mirrors (7) which is oscillated about an axis (X-X) perpendicular to the optical axis.
